For many women, trying to conceive (TTC) through IVF can be a deeply emotional and physically demanding journey. IVF cycles, medication schedules, and the constant rhythm of hope and waiting can feel overwhelming - especially when support is limited or clinics are closed during the holidays.

Previously, Carea’s tools like the medication tracker, mindfulness exercises, and journaling space were tied to pregnancy or postpartum modes. Women told us they wanted access to these tools even before becoming pregnant and while navigating IVF cycles. So, we listened, and created our NEW Trying To Conceive: IVF Mode.

A Mode Designed for Women TTC Through IVF

Carea’s Trying To Conceive: IVF Mode allows women to access the tools they need without needing to mark themselves as pregnant. It combines practical and emotional support, specifically tailored for the pre-conception journey:

IVF Medication Tracker – Keep track of injections, supplements, and schedules with confidence. Mindfulness & Meditation Tools – Short guided sessions and affirmations to help you manage stress and stay grounded. Private Journaling Space – Track symptoms, emotions, and reflections throughout your IVF cycle. Informative Articles & Podcasts – Evidence-based resources designed for women undergoing IVF. Community Space – Connect with others in the same stage of TTC/IVF, share experiences, and feel less alone. Midwife Expert Chat – Access trusted guidance whenever you need it, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods when clinics are closed with a guaranteed 24-hour response time.

This is support designed in response to user feedback - practical, personalised, and compassionate.

Support When You Need It Most

The new year can intensify the pressures of TTC through IVF. Clinics may be closed, routines disrupted, and family questions can feel exhausting. Carea’s Trying To Conceive: IVF Mode ensures that even during this time, women have guidance, reassurance, and tools at their fingertips, helping them feel informed and supported throughout their journey.
